Edisi Juicing : Nak Guna Blender or Extractor

Bila tunjuk gmbr kat insta (dulu la. Skang malas dah), salu orang kata rajinnya juicing. Haha. Alah, takkan la juicing yg kurang 2 minit ni malas kot. Tapi, kalo dah rasa cemna tebuk perut, cemna rasa ada seketui darah yg takde fungsi dalam perut, cemna hazab lepas operation tu, tau la nak jadi rajin ke malas. Haha. Kalau tak, saya pun cam anda jugak... tegur kat orang, eh, rajinnya.. gigihnya..bla..bla..bla.. oke la..oke lah.. takmo bebel2 bagai2.

So, apa yg saya guna utk juicing?
Spti yg saya pernah tulis sblm ni, saya guna extractor.
Yg sebijik cam ini.
buat jus buah
(google)

Kalo tak silap Pensonic (ke Panasonic) pun ada jual yg gini. Murah ja. Dalam satus camtu kot. Bes. Sbb dia boleh wat air soya juga. Tapi ni bukan utk buat juice saja. Segala boleh buat. Ada 3 'mata'/blade. Jadi, satu mata tu saya dah buat utk blend bawang segala. Sbb tu la senang nak buat sambal tumis ke nasi goreng ke apa segala. Trett saja sudah.

So, kalo buat juicing, saya guna penapis yg buat soya tu (gmbr atas yg kaler grey dalam blender tu). Makanya segala pulp carrot, akan duk dalam filter tu je. Mmg sy tak guna menda yg cam org kedai guna tu. Yg masuk buah, then trettt tekan ngan menda hitam tu kan. Mmg segala saya humban dalam filter tu. Name it epal ke, daun bayam ke. Pastu tambah air. Pastu pusingkan. Kejap je. Tak smpai seminit pun nak blend.

Abis, kalo guna blender biasa tak boleh ke?
Boleh.. takde masalah. Even kat kedai makan pun kadang org guna blender biasa. Tapi, jgn kau guna blender yg dah blend cili ke bawang ke. Haha. Tapi kalau takde langsung belasah je lah labu. Tpi kalo guna blender, kena rajin la nak tapis pulp (hampas) dia tu. Aku mmg tak rajin. Sungguh. Sbb tu guna filter tu je.

Kalo nak lagi bes guna la juice extractor. Yg gaya gini
Ada memacam jenis. Aku tu ari bagi adiah kat anak buah ofis aku ni menda ni. Dan ada memacam harga juga. Tapi yg ni aku tatau cemna operation dia. Kt kg aku ada. Tu ari masa raya abang aku buat la juice oren. Cam payah je aku tgk nya. Baik la aku pakai food extractor aku tu. Mudah giler kot.

Jadi, apa yg terbaik utk buat juice ni sebenarnya.
Meh kita tgk subscribe emel yg dihantar

The two types of juices are extracted juice and blender juice.  Both good, but different.  It's quite a hot topic, actually.  Let me explain...

Juicing is extracting all the fresh raw juice from produce.  No pulp, seeds or fibers.  Just liquid juice.  To make these types of juices you need a juicer machine. This is what most people are referring to when they talk about "juicing."

Blender juicing is when you combine the pulp, fiber and juice (the whole shebang) into a liquid juice.  For this type of juice you need a blender.  These are a spin off of smoothies and are basically watery smoothies.

Technically speaking, real traditional juicing is done through an extractor and has the pulp removed.  It's also the most nutritious and best way to juice, in my opinion.   You can pack more nutrition into a glass of juiced juice then you can in a blended juice, simply because it's concentrated.

But for people who don't have a juicer or just plain prefer blending, blended juices are great for your diet too.  The blender still breaks down the fibers so your body can easily digest the nutrients.

And some fruits and vegetables that don't juice well in an extractor work better in a blender.  For example, watermelons and papayas.

Because these two types of "juices" are vastly different, the recipes are different.  If you are converting a juice recipe into a blender juice, you need to add water or more juicy produce to the mix.

I personally juice and make blender juices.  But most of my advice and recipes are about traditional juicing. I recommend both, but juicing with a juice extractor is really the ultimate way to go.

Akhir kata, kesihatan kita, kita yang tentukan.
Bukan jiran sebelah rumah, mahupun jiran sekatil kita.
Fikir fikirkan lah... hihihihi.
Bye!
