Jus Timun, Bayam, Epal Hijau dan Lemon

Sound so green huh!

Memang la. Kalau dulu, aku baca tu pun dah cam eiiyuu... tak boleh telan nih.
Epal hijau tu oke la lagi. Tengok timun, bayam.. boleh ke nak telan wey..

Boleh sebenarnya.
Takde apa masalah pun.

Jangan la pikir bila tgk timun tu, kena letak sebijik timun. Tengok bayam, terpikir seikat bayam tu. Tak lah. Buh amaun skit2 ja. Tak suka timun, buh suku je, tak suka bayam buh la segenggam je. Gitu. Bukan nak sekali blend selambak. Terus jadi 'hulk' kang sbb hijau sangat. Haha.

Kalau ikut aku ni lagi la teruk. Mana suka makan sayur.
Sayur dalam bihun pun aku letak tepi (even smpai skrg pun aku tak makan jugak. Habit kot).
Kalau sayur hijau memang big no no no la kat aku.

Tapi, kalau dah terpaksa gini. Dah bertebuk tebuk perut ni. Dah takut. 
Gigih gak la telan.
Satu lagi pun, minda ni. Minda ni kena set bahawa, apa kita nak minum ni rasa tak la teruk sgt. If belum minum dah fikir teruk, jadi, bila dah buat teruk la rasa nya.

Takde la 'suck' sgt pun rasanya. Oke je. Sapa yg nak cuba tu, cuba je. Takkan muntah belahak lah. Percaya lah. Haha.
Dan kalau taknak rasa 'green' sgt, buh lemon atau halia (dah buat entry tips tu kat sini).
Selalu aku tak buh lemon, tp semalam buh lemon. Dan, mmg ilang rasa 'ketimunan' dan 'kebayaman' itu. Hihi. Jadi pasni buleh naik level la kot. Try sawi cam Dini buat (oke.. aku pun ada rasa cam.. sawi..?? herghh.. even myDH yg makan sayur pun bila sebut buat jus sawi dia pun hah!)

Apple Cucumber Spinach Juice Recipe
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 handful of spinach
1/2 cucumber
1 apple
1/2 lemon
1/2 inch piece of ginger root

Ingredients for Apple Cucumber Spinach Juice
Start by thoroughly washing your spinach to remove any dirt or grit that could be still on the leaves. Then carefully wash your cucumber, apple and lemon.
Cut your cucumber and apple into smaller chunks so as to make your juicer happy. Then cut your lemon in half and remove the rind but leave on as much of the white as you can. Then cut a 1/2 inch piece of ginger root and remove the outer skin of that.
I started by putting my ginger and lemon in the juicer followed by the cucumber chunks. By putting the ginger in first, you are getting as much of that ginger juice pushed through as possible. Then I added in the handful of spinach and followed that with the remaining apple. I followed the spinach with the apple in order to help the juicer process it because spinach can be hard on your juicer.

One cup of this apple cucumber spinach juice will give you 132 calories and 34 grams of your total carbohyrates. It will also give you 890 milligrams of potassium and 4 grams of protein.
In terms of vitamins, you’ll be receiving 9% of your daily vitamin E, 17% of your daily vitamin B-6, 131% of your daily vitamin C, and 148% of your daily vitamin A.
This apple cucumber spinach juice will also give you good amounts of 13 different minerals. Some of those include: 13% of your daily calcium, 17% of your daily copper, 17% of your daily iron, and 42% of your daily folate.
