Infused Water vs Juicing

Hihi. Saja nak hai - walhal dia kata dia pun bc blog ni on off. Hihi.

Ekceli dah jawab pun emel adik ni.
Tapi, takpe lah. Ada juga idea buat entry kan.
Tak tahu pernah buat atau tidak entry infused water nih. But then, oke je. Saya suka. Sbb tahun ni sememangnya saya berazam untuk menulis sesuatu yang lebih berfaedah kepada orang - yg boleh jadi 'inspired'. (tup tup, rasa 'sucked' kejap sbb blog kena blocked. Grrrr!)
Alhamdulillah, ada juga beberapa kawan2, reader yg emel berminat nak tahu pasal juicing semua ni. Begitu jugak kawan2 ofis. Ramai tak tanya direct ngan aku, tp tanya ngan myDH. Haha. Takpe. Takpe.. saya tak marah. Tanya je dia - tapi, kengkadang dia tak tahu pun apa yg saya mix n match kan. Dia tahu terhidang je dah. Kadang tanya dia nak taruk asam boi ke tak. Tu je. Huhu.

What is Infusing Water?

Infusing water is the practice of putting whole fruits, vegetables, and/or herbs into water!

Water is extremely important for sustaining our lives, and we can’t live very long without it! Even the smallest parts in our bodies, cells, can only function properly with the help of water! Tak sama sebenarnya juicing n infused water ni. Tapi memasing ada benefit. Lagi satu, infused water ni kurang gula (takde pun kot) berbanding juicing, sbb juicing ni kita still dapat gula dari buah tu sendiri.
Sebenar, infused ni more to drink water. Kalau cam setengah orang kan dia tak suka minum air kosong takde rasa apa apa kan, ha, infused water ni lah idea terbaik. Taruk hirisan lemon, taruk timun ke, atau apa2 yg kita suka lah. Boleh google resepi

Lagi satu, infused water ni mudah. Letak semalaman dalam peti ais, then esok bawak sahaja ke opis. Kalau terlupa pun, pagi tu boleh sediakan, dan bawak ke ofis. Setakat ni saya baru buat lemon+timun, lemon+mint leaves. Oke je mint leaves tu, bukan nak suruh kau kunyah kan..ada la rasa fresh gitew.

So. gitu lah. Infused water pun ada benefits, juicing pun ada. 
Dan kalau percaya pada supplement, takyah la susah2 consume kot semua ni. Telan ja pil tu - abis citer. Hihi. Masih sentap nampakkk....????

Oke lah. Tu je dulu untuk infused water. This week, mungkin saya akan keluarkan juicing challenge edisi saya. Beserta resepi, benefit nya dan memacam lah. Mari kita sesama sihat - makan secara sihat - bukan secara menyekat !
