Kali ni Beauty Edition. Wah. Beauty katanya kan.
Tapi, tak ramai yang mahu 'beauty' cara begini. Ramai yang mahu beauty secara express. Leceh la haih nak basuh2 buah, kupas kulit, blend la , cuci juicer segala. Buah tu pun pulak dah la ada pesticide. Pastu lambat plak kesannya. Malas la.. senang lagi kalo telan supplemen. Mudah, cepat dan senang. Dah la guna bahan semulajadi, takde bahan kimia plak.
Kihkihkih..... -_-"
Oke, itu pilihan memasing la kan.

Kali ni tak lama - 2 minggu je. Start 14hb nih.
Bes tau. Sbb nati kita boleh tgk orang lain nyer cara juicing gak. Esp orang2 barat ni lah. Derang kan mmg opt for natural product ni. Pastu bila tgk derang punya buah/sayur... pergh.. geram je... segar2 betul. Ye lah kan, semua buah2 pun dari tmpt derang, mana tak segar. Kita punya dah berapa lama baru smpai tpt kita. Sbb tu orang kata buah ada 'racun'. Mueheheheh :P

THE SHOPPING LIST FOR WEEK ONE
Bunch of romaine lettuce {kalau tak tahu apakah menda ni, google imej - dia cam salad la - kalau nak senang carik, g kat JJ - bahagian salad tu - sure ada}
Bunch of kale {Kale susah nak jumpa kat Malaysia - kalau ada pun sgt mahal - RM80/kg, jadi yg paling dekat benefitnya macam Kale is spinach - bayam. Jadi, kita tukar kepada Bayam ya}
2 red bell peppers {capsicum a.k.a cili benggala - kat JJ ada yg manis - yg boleh terus makan gitu je - amik yang tu pun boleh }
3 cucumbers
2 apples
2 limes
Ginger root
Bunch of broccoli
2 tomatoes
4 parsnips {yang ni kalau google imej - dia cam lobak putih tu - tapi, bukan yang tu rasanya, tak tahu la ada ke tak mendalah ni kat sini. Kalau tgk, dia boleh ganti dengan turnip - yg ni kalau tak silap aku, kat tesco aku pernah nampak}
10 long carrots
2 grapefruits {aku tak suka buah ni. Masam - pastu pahit - dia cam rasa buah limau bali tu - tapi lagi pahit.. eiiww.. tapi byk khasiat nih}
1 mango
1 orange
Bunch of red grapes
1 cup of blueberries
1 lemon
8 celery stalks
*p/s : Aku banyak mention Jusco (AEON) utk carik barang2 ni kan. Yer, kat Jusco mmg banyak healthy food. In fact, kalau nak carik organic food mmg kat Jusco boleh carik. Other, kalau duduk area KL, boleh pergi Jaya Grocer - pun byk sayur2 atau organic food nih. Jadi, kalau nak carik pergi lah Jusco. Aku pun selalu beli carrot, tomato kat Jusco, sbb tahan lama n carrot dia pun manis compared to beli kat pasar biasa. Cepat lemau dan tak sedap carrot dia.
THE JUICE RECIPES FOR WEEK ONE
DAY 1: Looker Limeade serves 2 cups
1 cup of kale
1 cucumber
1 apple, cored
1 lime, peel ok
½ inch of ginger
½ cup of chopped broccoli
A well-rounded cocktail of nutrients for hydration, cleansing and nourishing your skin and bones.
DAY 2: Red Beauty Juice serves 2 cups
2 red bell peppers
4 carrots
1 tomato
Fantastic for healthy skin and a glowing complexion. It's rich in vitamin A, C, and silicon.
DAY 3: Tighten Up Tonic serves 2 cups
1 cucumber
1 lemon, peeled
1 inch of ginger root
2 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 apple, cored
Slim your tummy + reduce puffiness with this combo.
DAY 4: Satin Skin Soother serves 2 cups
4 parsnips
6 carrots
If the parsnip taste is too strong for you, add 1 apple. Great for promoting glowing, smooth skin.
DAY 5: Allure Punch serves 2 cups
2 grapefruits
1 mango
1 orange
A great way to start your day. The high amount of vitamin C in this juice helps to form collagen. Hair follicles require collagen to stay healthy and for optimum growth.
DAY 6: Antioxidant Ace serves 2 cups
1 cup of purple grapes
1 cup of blueberries (strawberries ok)
1 lemon, peeled
4 celery stalks
Tiny slice of ginger
Full of anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory produce, this is a great anti aging juice.
DAY 7: Good Looker Tonic serves 2 cups
1 tomato
1 cucumber
½ lime, peel ok
4 celery stalks
Cleanse your system + help your body balance sodium + shrink a bloated belly with this tonic.
