Jus Avocado

Salah satu juice yang agak sukar nak telan.
Pernah la test beli kat kafe office.
Masa tu org kafe tu orang baru. Pastu dia buat jus avocado.
Pastu cam ramai la orang excited nak beli jus avocado.
Ada yang cakap suka..sedap..bla bla bla.. sebab depa dah biasa minum.
So, ikut la beli. Sbb tahu avocado sgt bagus utk TTC'ian.
Sekali.. herghh.. tak buleh telan lah.
Tapi, telan juga. Sbb mahal kot juice tu.

Jadi, kita bikin je lah sendiri jus avocado.
1st time buat, beli sebijik kat jusco. Sebijik pun dah nam ringgit lebih.
Taruk susu fresh (me beli yang dalam chiller, bukan dalam kotak cam dutch lady tu), pastu sedikit susu pekat (sikittt ja sbb nanti lagi rasa berlemak lemak), then ice.
Blend ke semua nya (utk buat juice avocado, me tak guna slow juicer - mmg guna blender supaya takde la terbuang serat dia)
Settle.

Up dengan choc syrup.
Jadik lah seperti ini.
Okay lah sbb sebijik avocado bahagi dua. Tak la terasa ke-avocado-an nya tu. Haha.

Then 2nd time, pergi jusco, tgk ada avocado yang diskaun 50%.
Biasa kan kat jusco dia ada barang basah 50% pada waktu petang. Kadang ayam, ikan, sayur etc etc.
3 biji dapat RM9.60. Harga asal RM19.20
Besar. Tapi agak dah masak lah. Dah kaler gelap pun.
So, balik dari Jusco terus lelaju buat juice. Buat 2 bijik.
Macam tu jugak, guna fresh milk. Tak letak susu pekat. Tapi letak gula merah.
Pastu baru letak choc syrup.
Okay la rasa dia sebab letak gula merah tu. Tapi... sebab buat 2 bijik, dia punya likat tu.. ayoooo... telan gak lah cemna pun. Kata nak ambik khasiat dia kan.


Jadi, mari lah amalkan minum (makan?) avocado yang banyak khasiat ini :)

Buat masa ni Yani masih makan avocado versi mentah /masak macam tu je...sedap sebab lemak2 manis buah dia tekak Yani boleh terima...walaupun agak pricey, being ttcian yang masih belum ada peruntukan nak beli pamper baby, clothing baby....so alhamdulillah boleh spend duit beli makanan2 berkhasiat utk ttc ni.... ;)

huhuhu.. kite yang tengok pon cam ssh nak telan je..

Hiksss... takat ni yg bule kalau buat jus. Makan gitu masih tak reti. Tp kot yg muda keras tu tk try lagi.

uih...i pon x masuk tekak... tapi tgk kebaikannya, mmm...kena try gak la ni... huhuhu...

kalau potong kecik² cam mangga tu sedap x eh.. pastu makan cicah mak bee wakakakaka ... naya btl seyes x pernah makan avacado ni huhuhuhu .... tgh bygkan rasa dia mcm mana ..

Have to la kan. Kite memula mmg tak lalu nak telan jugak. Tp kalau sebijik share 2 orang okay sket. Tkde rasa lemak sgt.

Tak tau plak akak..tak pernah nak try. Tp rasa cam tak sesuai. Tp kalau yg masih hijau muda lagi tu tak tau akak..kalau dah lembik tak buleh nak cicah lagi dah.
