Tingkatkan Imuniti #4 : Watercress

Ya, kalo smlm pasal ubi bit.
Hari ni kita citer pasal watercress.
Atau nama melayu nya - selada air.
Aku kan, sekarang ni baru aku tahu wujudnya sejenis sayur yg bernama water cress atau selada air.
Sumpah tak tahu.
Dan sumpah tak tahu apa resepi yg boleh dimasak.
Tanya myDH, dia kata mak dia pun tak penah masak.

Itu lah rupanya. Tumbuhan dalam air. Ada rupa pegaga juga. Mungkin adik beradik. Aku lum kaji perihal itu. Aku beli satu pek kat Tesco. Tgk productionnya dari Gopeng. Lorh.. dari Perak rupanya. Ye lah, sana cam banyak lombong2 gitu kan. Tp kena basuh bersih2 lah nih. Nati baru beli yg organik punya pulak. Ni try dulu.

Aku pun tahu bila aku google pasal juice juice ni lah.
So, watercress juga adalah salah satu sayuran yg boleh dibuat jus serta banyak khasiat.
Antara khasiatnya :

~It contains sulfur which helps in protein absorption, blood purification and cell building.

~Watercress is used for treating allergies, watering eyes, sneezing and stuffy head. It is used as a poultice for swollen feet and sprained ankles.
~It is a source of the germanium which acts as an antiviral, antibiotic, and body detoxifier.
~It strengthens the immune system.
~Because of high calcium content it helps in strengthening of bones and teeth. It contains lutein which helps in preventing arterial damage and heart disease.
~It is helpful in normalizing blood pressure and cholesterol level.
~It aids in increasing sexual energy and enhances fertility

Jadi, mari buat juice. Nak tambah dalam sup pun boleh. Adik opis aku ni kata masak lemak pun boleh. Oh. Buat masa ni lelemak namo makan lagi. 

Amik resepi dari sini. Ada orange, ada epal, ada watercress.

Aku punya ini.
Apsal tak color oren? Tsk...

Rasa???
Oke. Takde masalah. Buleh je minum. Buleh buat lagi. MyDH pun kata sedap.
